What is your returns policy and guarantee?

Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If any product you order from Day-Timer fails to meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of the date it was received and we will refund it to the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order.

If you return your purchase after the period outlined above (with the exception of faulty or damaged goods), we reserve the right not to offer a refund in full.

Postage and handling fees are non-refundable.

Returns are processed within 48 hours of receipt at our warehouse but please allow 14 days for clearance of your refund to your credit or debit card.

Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately in most circumstances it is not possible to make changes to your order once it has been placed. If you would like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items. In the event of any unwanted products, you will beed to follow our returns procedure to arrange a refund as stated above.
