Our standard delivery charge is £4.50 +VAT per order to the UK. You will only be charged once per order, regardless of how many items you order or how many parcels we despatch. We also offer express shipping within the UK, this is available to UK mainland addresses (excluding some Scottish addresses) if you place your order before 12 noon Monday to Thursday. We do not deliver on Saturday. Orders placed on Friday before noon will be delivered the following Monday. The cost is £7.95 + VAT. A signature is required for receipt.
Outside of the UK, our delivery charges vary based on the delivery address, weight of your parcel, and the delivery method you choose. The cost will be calculated when you are in checkout.
Where delays are likely, we will keep you informed (please provide us with a daytime telephone number and email address).
Customers are responsible for local import duties. It is unusual for our parcels to be held but if this does happen, you may have to pay local import duties
