Can I add to, or cancel my order?
Orders are transmitted from the website directly to our despatch department and your order may have already been processed. Please email sales@daytimer.co.uk or call 08705 143 583 quoting the order number from your confirmation email.

How many months will my Daytimer hold?
Our standard ring size is 25mm. Some come with bigger 38mm rings to enable you to carry more pages at one time. Select the capacity that works for you! The handy chart below will help you compare ring sizes and capacities:

Each refill you order comes with 12 months worth of pages.

Are there any shops that stock Daytimer?
Daytimer is available exclusively through mail order and so you will not find our products in any shops.

Delivery


Can my order be sent to an address outside the UK?
Yes, deliveries to Europe usually take around 14 days. For the rest of the world, please allow up to 21 days. Small items are posted by air with Royal Mail. Parcels are despatched using Parcelforce International. The cost of delivery is based on the delivery address and the weight of your parcel. The cost will be calculated when you are in the checkout.

What is your delivery charge?
Our standard delivery charge is £4.50 +VAT per order to the UK. You will only be charged once per order, regardless of how many items you order or how many parcels we despatch. For orders going overseas that weigh less than 2kg, the shipping charge is £9.95 within Europe and £14.95 to the rest of the world. For orders weighing more than 2kg, the shipping charge is calculated at cost. In this case you may be contacted after placing your order to advise as to what this shipping charge is.

When will my order be delivered?
Your order should arrive within 4 days. Where delays are likely, we will keep you informed (please provide us with a daytime telephone number and email address).

How will my order be delivered?
If you are ordering small items they will arrive by Royal Mail. For larger parcels we use Parcelforce and they deliver weekdays between 7am and 6pm. If you are not at home, the driver will leave a card asking you to call the depot to arrange another delivery. If you prefer, we can deliver to your work address or a neighbour.

Can I have next day delivery?
Express delivery is available to UK mainland addresses (excluding some Scottish addresses) if you place your order before 12 noon Monday to Thursday. We do not deliver on Saturday. Orders placed on Friday before noon will be delivered the following Monday. The cost is £7.95 + VAT. A signature is required for receipt.

Can my order be sent to a different delivery address?
Yes, if it is more convenient we can deliver to a different address e.g. your work. We can deliver to your family and friends anywhere in the world.

Can I send orders to more than one address?
Yes, but you must place each order separately.

What happens if my parcel is held by customs?
It is unusual for our parcels to be held but if this does happen, you may have to pay local import duties.

Simply register on the website. Make sure you include your email address so we can keep you up-to-date with all the latest offers and ranges.

Can my details be removed from your mailing list?
Please email your name, address and email address details plus your customer number (if known) to sales@daytimer.co.uk

Pricing


Why is the catalogue price different to the web price?
Prices can differ for web exclusive offers. Regular web customers are emailed details of the latest promotions and sales. Catalogues prices are correct at the time of going to press but we reserve the right to change them.

Returns


What is your returns policy and guarantee?
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If any product you order from Day-Timers fails to meet your expectations (and you are the sole judge), you may return it immediately, for a prompt refund, exchange or credit.

How can I return an item?
If you are not completely satisfied with any product you can return it immediately in good condition for a prompt refund, exchange or credit. Handling and carriage fees not refundable. To ensure your return is processed correctly, please call us on 08705 143583 (from outside the UK on +44 1626 831126) for a Returns Authorisation Number - full instructions on how to return goods will be given.

How long will it take to receive a refund?
Returns are processed within 48 hours of receipt at our warehouse but please allow 14 days for clearance to your card account.

How long will it take to deliver a replacement item?
Returns are processed within 48 hours of receipt at our warehouse. A replacement order will take approximately 4 working days for delivery. If the item is no longer available, you will receive notification and a refund.

Are my details secure?
To ensure that the Day-Timer web site meets your security expectations, our site uses a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to establish a secure communication channel between our server and your browser. We always use this industry-standard encryption technology when transferring and receiving consumer data over our Site. Paying by credit card across the Internet is now as secure as any other transaction, especially at www.daytimer.co.uk. To view the Veri-sign certificate confirming this: click the right hand mouse button on the page where you enter your credit card details. From the menu that appears select "Properties" and then "Certificates". The site will then display the certificate proving it is secure.
